- About Geneviève Flaven
Geneviève is an expert in strategic communication, public affairs, and executive coaching. She brings over twenty-five years of international experience in entrepreneurship, strategic consulting, and leadership advisory across Europe and Asia.
Founder and Director of The 99 Project, she has designed an original participatory documentary theatre initiative that supports companies, local authorities, associations, and institutions in co-creating collective narratives on complex societal issues such as diversity, climate, and health. She has also been teaching at INSEAD since 2020, focusing on storytelling, narrative communication, and stage presence for MBA and Executive MBA students.
Before dedicating herself to documentary theatre and coaching, she founded and led Style-Vision Asia for twenty years, an international trend and design consultancy based in France and China, advising multinational corporations on innovation, branding, and product communication across Europe and Asia.
Geneviève holds a Master’s degree from ESSEC Business School (MSc in Management, Economics, Law and Finance), a DEA in Mathematical Economics and Econometrics from EHESS (under the supervision of Jean Tirole, Nobel Prize in Economics), and completed an Erasmus exchange in Political Science at LUISS Guido Carli (Rome).
Her approach, at the intersection of writing, public speaking, and theatre, harnesses the cathartic and collective power of discourse to transform aspirations and visions into action-oriented narratives.
