This participation confirms the firm's international positioning and ongoing commitment to global discussions on development finance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A major gathering to move blended finance from intent to execution<br><\/strong><br>The training gathered over 60 participants from 11 countries and 52 organizations, reflecting the diversity of actors needed to scale blended finance in Asia-Pacific: commercial investors, development funders, multilateral development banks (MDBs) and development finance institutions (DFIs), governments, consultancies, NGOs, and ecosystem partners.<br>Over two days, discussions centered on a key question: how to shift from intent to execution and scale blended finance on the ground. Sessions highlighted regional trends and concrete case studies in energy transition and food security, as well as experiences from Blended Finance Accelerator-supported enterprises. Participants also explored nature financing opportunities through the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) partnership, preceded by a networking session for in-depth exchanges.<br>Joint sessions with the Singapore Sustainable Finance Association (SSFA) and Global Asia Insurance Partnership (GAIP) examined insurance's role in risk transfer and capital mobilization in blended finance structures.<\/p>\n<p><b>An enriching contribution for GSF Global Advisors<\/b><\/p><p><b><br><\/b>For GSF Global Advisors, this participation enabled dialogue with leading organizations\u2014ResponsAbility AG, Intellecap, GuarantCo, Lestari Capital, Villgro, Impact Earth, International Energy Alliance (IEA), Mizuho, Asian Development Bank (ADB), Gates Foundation, International Finance Corporation (IFC), WWF, The Nature Conservancy (TNC), Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), BlackRock, and WTW\u2014and enriched strategic thinking on innovative financing mechanisms for development.<\/p>\n<p>This experience strengthens GSF's ability to bridge Asian and African ecosystems and mobilize international best practices for governments, donors, and investors on the continent.<\/p>\n<p><b>Ongoing commitment within the Convergence network<\/b><\/p><p><b><br><\/b>As a Convergence member for Asia and Africa, GSF Global Advisors continues active contributions to the network's work and brings the African perspective to global blended finance discussions.
