GSF Global Advisors at ATTS 2025: Bringing youth voice to African fiscal governance
GSF Global Advisors at ATTS 2025: Bringing youth voice to African fiscal governance GSF Global Advisors participated in the 2025 Africa Think Tank Summit (ATTS 2025), a major continental gathering of public decision-makers, experts, researchers, and development partners on African governance and development finance issues.
This year's edition highlighted a central imperative: bridging the gap between fiscal policy and execution, strengthening domestic resource mobilization, improving governance, and equipping African nations to sustainably finance their development.
High-level panel on youth engagement
GSF Global Advisors was invited to a high-level panel on “Youth Engagement in DRM: Building Future Leaders for Fiscal Sovereignty”—youth engagement in domestic resource mobilization and building a new generation of leaders for African fiscal sovereignty.
Mr. Frejus Lingue, Founding Director of GSF Global Advisors, delivered two strong messages:
- The need to align youth fiscal policy engagement with Africa's broader development and investment strategies;
- The potential of innovative financing and advisory models to position youth as a true leadership force in tomorrow's fiscal governance.
These statements reflect GSF's vision: an African fiscal governance articulating technical rigor, strategic ambition, and structured involvement of new generations.
Ongoing commitment alongside ACBF and African governments
Through ATTS 2025 participation, GSF Global Advisors reaffirms its commitment alongside the African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF) and partner institutions to support government capacity-building initiatives on the continent. The firm intends to continue contributing to these reflections and concrete solutions for Africa's fiscal sovereignty and sustainable development.
