GSF Global Advisors partners in a capacity-building program on SME development in Côte d’Ivoire.
From April 7 to 10, 2026, Singapore Cooperation Enterprise (SCE) successfully conducted a capacity-building program on SME development in Abidjan for the Ivorian government, in partnership with GUDE-PME and supported by Enterprise Singapore. GSF Global Advisors fully participated in this initiative, confirming its role as a strategic bridge between West Africa and the Singaporean ecosystem.

Four days of on-the-ground exchanges
Over four days, the program brought together GUDE-PME officials and relevant agencies in Abidjan for operational exchanges on SME ecosystem strengthening. Discussions focused on concrete public policy and implementation strategies.
Participants benefited from Singapore's experience through renowned practitioners:
- M. Wee Chin Chuanfounder of Global Sustainability Nexus, presented Singaporean SME development approaches, including SME Centres and financing access mechanisms;
- M. Saikat ChowdhuryManaging Director of Nivesal, shared practical insights on creating and managing micro and mini-industries;
- Mr. Kevin Ng, Managing Director of ThunderQuote, led a virtual session on digital transformation, including a case study on the SME Go Digital program.
