Christian is an expert in organizational development, risk management, process optimization, and the management of complex projects. He primarily works on mandates related to public governance, organizational transformation, strategic project management, and institutional capacity building. He supports both public and private institutions in improving performance, driving change management, and implementing organizational reforms.

He has worked with leading institutions such as Deloitte and the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, where he supported public sector transformation projects, particularly in the areas of strategy, governance, and institutional coordination.

Il conseille également le Cabinet du Président de la République Démocratique du Congo en matière de gestion de performance et management de la qualité, spécifiquement chargé de l’amélioration de la performance organisationnelle, de la supervision de projets stratégiques et de la production de rapports et analyses destinés aux hautes autorités.

Previously, at Deloitte Francophone Africa, he led multiple consulting assignments in organizational auditing, risk management, internal audit, and institutional transformation for public administrations and large organizations in Central Africa.

Christian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Protestant University of Congo and is currently pursuing an MBA at the Telfer School of Management, University of Ottawa. He also holds several international professional certifications in management, risk management, and project management, including CMC®, CERM®, and ISO 21502 Lead Project Manager.

Fluent in both French and English, he leverages his expertise to deliver high-impact transformation projects, combining strategic thinking with operational excellence.
