Mayecor Sar is a co-founder and Partner in charge of public strategy at GSF Global Advisors, as well as an expert in government transformation and public policy delivery. He brings more than seventeen years of experience working alongside heads of state, ministers, and senior officials across Africa and Asia.

Former Senior Advisor for Africa at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, he has supported heads of state and ministers in Djibouti, the DRC, Togo, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, and many other African countries on economic, social, and institutional reforms, spanning health, education, governance, and digital transformation. He previously served as Head of Francophone Africa at Delivery Associates, where he led the design and implementation of Results-Based Management (RBM) systems in Senegal, The Gambia, and Guinea, while also supporting government Delivery Units in Benin, Burkina Faso, and Côte d’Ivoire.

Mayecor holds a Master in Public Policy (MPP) from the National University of Singapore, a Master in Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE) from the University of York, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the London Metropolitan School. He was recognized as a Millennium Leadership Fellow by the Atlantic Council in 2016 and as an Emerging Leader by the Policy Center for the New South in 2014. He is the co-founder of Think Africa 2050 and President of Demain Sénégal.
